Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Eat Purposefully. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product you received was damaged or spoiled.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If you receive a damaged or spoiled item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the condition it was received, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at kenz@eatpurposefully.com. We will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions if your return is accepted. Please note, items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (such as food), custom products (special orders or personalized items), or personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us.
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Since we do not offer exchanges, the best way to ensure you get the desired item is to place a new order after your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, with no need for a justification. The item must be in the same condition it was received, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll receive the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
